Did you miss her?

One of reality TV's most recognizable mothers is back—and she's still got her no-nonsense, suck-the-fun-out-of-everything, attitude along with a new hairdo. Kate Gosselin, along with her eight children, are returning to the small screen for the first time in nearly three years for a special TLC presentation.

Kate Plus Eight: Sextuplets Turn 10 is a two-part event that will celebrate the tenth birthdays of the three boys and three girls, who were the original catalyst for Kate and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin's claim to fame. As of now, there's no word if Jon will be making an appearance in the special.

TLC has just released its first trailer for the sure-to-be dramatic event, and we've got your sneak peek at all the sextuplet (plus a set of twins!) craziness. Warning: You better grab a jacket because things in the Gosselin household are extremely icy.

"A lot has changed since you last have been here," Kate confesses. "It's all still happening with or without cameras. We've all been though a lot."

However, there is one thing that has changed, besides Kate's wannabe Jessica Simpson locks, of course. "I'm getting older, tireder, more worn out," she complains to the cameras before letting out an exaggerated sigh while cooking breakfast. "The kids are getting older and smarter and giving me a run for my money daily and hourly and moment by moment."

However, Kate has discovered one coveted parenting trick that helps her keep her teenage twins in line. Well, besides banishing them from the living room for speaking out of turn, that is. Take a look at the trailer above and then take to the comments to tell us what you think about Kate's all-or-nothing attitude.

Part one of Kate Plus Eight: Sextuplets Turn 10 airs June 19 at 10 p.m. ET, with the conclusion airing June 26 at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
