Miley Cyrus turned it out at Tuesday's World Music Awards in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.

The typically turnt up singer looked uncharacteristically ladylike when she appeared on stage in a strapless, floor-length, floral print Giambattista Valli gown to sing her smash hit "Wrecking Ball."

Later, Cyrus changed into a long-sleeve, floor-length Kaufman Franco gown, which she accessorized with Versace heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. "Wrecking Ball" won the award for Best Pop Video, and Cyrus took home the Best Female Act award, which was given to her by former fling Kellan Lutz.

Cyrus, who was nominated in 14 categories, shared a kiss on the cheek with the Expendables 3 star.

The two were first linked in late 2013, just months after Cyrus' engagement to Liam Hemsworth ended. "She likes him a lot," a source told E! News at the time. Lutz shrugged off the romance reports in January 2014, phoning in to On Air With Ryan Seacrest' to say he was "happily single." He added, "I have been friends with Miley for like six years. We are friends [and] we run in the same circle."

That same month, Lutz opened up to E! News about his friendship with Cyrus. "She's an amazing girl and she has a great head on her shoulders. I love hanging out with her because she is who she is and she's such a shining star," he said. "I'm just focused on work but I'm happy to be friends with her."

Weeks later, a source told E! News that Cyrus and Lutz's "quick fling...just kind of burned out." Another insider added that the pop star and the Twilight actor were "never serious" about dating long-term.

While Cyrus did bring a "hawt date" to the World Music Awards, she's still single. The "Adore You" singer invited her 19-year-old brother to join her at the star-studded event, while Lutz attended solo.
