Remember that Budweiser commercial from the Super Bowl? With the lab puppy who became best friends with a Clydesdale and it was all almost too cute to handle? This is like that, but real.
This is 3-month-old puppy Walker taking Tucker, an 11-year-old horse, for a walk on a leash. "I turned my back for a second to grab Tucker's saddle, and when I turned around, this is what I saw," Walker aka E-Walk's owner says.
And remember how that Budweiser commercial, even though it technically had a happy ending, made you kind of sad? Well, this story is even sadder and there really isn't a happy ending:
"Our sweet, adorable, happy puppy Walker (E-Walk), was killed Thursday April 11th 2012, on his 7th month birthday. While out doing chores with daddy and sister Leia, he ran across the highway after a fox and was hit by a car."
"Through our grief we can smile, if only for a moment," his owner writes. "In knowing that our baby boy has...put a smile on the face of everyone who has watched it." It certainly put one on ours.
