Watch: Dean Talks Rushing Tori to Hospital

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's marital drama continues to unfold in almost-real time.

On tonight's episode of True Tori, Dean recalls what it was like when Tori needed to be rushed to the hospital with a migraine and severe abdominal pain.

"She was buckled over, I had never seen it that bad before," Tori's distraught-looking husband of eight years recalls in a sneak peek of their ongoing Lifetime docu-series. "So that's when it's time to go to the hospital, and I can't be there with her because the paparazzi sit right out there."

One of their producers shot cell phone video of Tori being led out to a waiting SUV and curling up in the backseat.

"We had to sneak her out of here, we've got to sneak her into the hospital, and then somebody had to watch the kids, so I just have to sit here by the phone and wait for a text or call to see what's going on," Dean lamented.

The 47-year-old Chopped Canada host continues to check his phone and wait for producer Bobby's call--which finally comes after much angst on Dean's part. He spent time in treatment earlier this year as news broke that he had cheated on Tori, an indiscretion they have tearfully rehashed many times over on True Tori as they try to piece their marriage back together.

"Now that the tables are turned and Tori's in the hospital, I really am getting a taste of what she went through," Dean admits. "Taking care of four kids, it's so hard. I don't know how she got through it."

Well, at least Bobby does call to fill him in—watch the clip to find out what's wrong with Tori, and catch the whole episode tonight at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
