He soon won't be married and he never had children: David Faustino is back at square one.
The Married...With Children star has filed for divorce from his wife of three years, actress Andrea Elmer Faustino, citing the ever-popular irreconcilable differences.
According to court documents, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the couple have been separated since May of last year.
The erstwhile Bud Bundy, 32, met his 31-year-old missus in 1999 while visiting a spiritual center in Los Angeles. They dated for five years before tying the knot on Jan. 24, 2004 at Las Vegas' Little White Wedding Chapel—the nuptial site of choice for the likes of Britney Spears and Jason Alexander, and Bruce Willis and Demi Moore (and we all know how well those unions turned out).
Faustino unfortunately isn't the only Married...With Children alum to strike out in marriage.
In 2005, Christina Applegate, who played big sis Kelly Bundy on the Fox show, separated from her actor hubby Jonathan Schaech, and by the end of that year, he had filed for divorce from the blonde beauty.
As for Faustino, the actor has spent his post-sitcom time popping up on TV, including The Bernie Mac Show and The X-Files, and starring in a string of straight-to-DVD releases.
Up next, he unties with fellow former sitcom stars Alan Thicke and Corin Nemec for the sci-fi comedy Robodoc, due out later this year.
