Jessica Simpson's gotten a lot of flak for her fluctuating weight through the years, but all those highs and lows have actually been beneficial to her enormous success as a fashion designer.

"I have been every size there is," she told Today's Savannah Guthrie in a pre-taped interview that aired Monday. "So, I know how to dress every body type!"

The 33-year-old Weight Watchers spokeswoman "can relate to every woman out there," she explained. And the mogul mama, whose empire is worth an estimated billion dollars, also understands "it's not just about high fashion."

"You know, we all need pieces in our wardrobe that are fashionable—but accessible, wearable, you know, and affordable," she said. "I think that that's really what has made the brand such a success."

And while Jessica won't reveal too much about her upcoming nuptials to Eric Johnson, she did say the wedding will "definitely be extravagant," adding laughingly, "I don't do things small!"

Her main focus, though, isn't planning the ceremony or helming a fashion empire—it's being a mommy to daughter Maxwell, 2, and son Ace, 11 months! "We get up with the kids. We do breakfast. I'm always with my loving fiancé who I adore more than anything," she says, "and, well, of course, my kids. They're all equal!"
