The Amazing Race capped off its All-Stars season with a heartwarming and magical finale.

The final three teams—Dave and Connor, Caroline and Jen and Brendon and Rachel—made their way around Las Vegas, met David Copperfield (natch), climbed to new heights and changed some light bulbs. What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas this time because father and son team Dave and Connor took home the $1 million for The Amazing Race: All-Stars. The duo, who are both cancer survivors and previously competed in season 22, are the first parent-child team to take home the top prize. On top of that, Dave, who is 58 years old, is the oldest winner The Amazing Race has ever had.

"I cannot believe this moment. I never imagined this would be possible," Dave said.

"I'm proud of my old man," Connor said.

"I'm proud of my son…Three years ago, Connor was undergoing chemotherapy right now ... and to be able to be here with him now is amazing," Dave said through tears.

The Amazing Race will return to CBS this fall.
