While Charlize Theron certainly doesn't look like "one of the dudes," she couldn't be more down-to-Earth. This is according to her A Million Ways to Die in the West costar Rex Linn, who couldn't help but gush about the Oscar-winning beauty at the Los Angeles premiere of the flick last night.

"Fantastic," he replied without hesitation when asked what it was like to work with Theron. "She was great. She was one of the guys. She really is. There's no diva blood going on in her whatsoever. She's a consummate actor, and she's fun as hell, really really great."

"I didn't know what to expect," he continued. "But with an actor of her caliber you never know what to expect, but she was one of the dudes, man. She's awesome, she's fantastic."

So what was the blond beauty like to work with on set?

"When she'd come on the set it wasn't like [whispers] ‘OK, Charlize is on set' she'd just come on the set with the guys and it was like 'What's happening, dudes. Let's do this, let's have some fun,'" he said. "You know she's just one of us. It was always relaxed; it was never any of that 'walk lightly around her' kind of thing, which makes it even better."

Theron stunned at the premiere on Thursday evening, looking gorgeous in a Dior dress, Christian Louboutin heels and Cartier jewelry. She brought along boyfriend Sean Penn to the event, and the two even posed for pics together.

"Yeah, you always get nervous," the short-haired stunner admitted to E! News when asked if she was anxious to show the film to her hunky man. "You know my whole family is here and some of my best friends who worked on the movie, and it's that final release that you send something that you really love out there, but it's still subjective and people are going to see it and think something of it. But I love this movie. So I am really excited to share it with everyone I'm here with tonight."

As for Linn? He also couldn't help but share his love for the flick, as well as his admiration for yet another blond beauty: his Devil's Knot costar Reese Witherspoon.

"Reese might be the coolest chick I've ever met," he said of his costar in the crime drama, which also stars Colin Firth. "I've always been a fan of hers, but I have a newfound admiration for her because she had to play one of the victim's mothers, so she's playing a woman that had lost her 8-year-old son—and that's a tough role to play—and she knocked it out of the ballpark. She was phenomenal. We became really good friends."
