Prince William is back to work.

The 31-year-old made his first official royal appearance Monday after his trip Down Under last month and after attending the wedding of his best friend Guy Pelly the other week in Memphis.

Will left wife Kate Middleton and son Prince George at home to attend an event at the Royal Navy Submarine Museum in Hampshire, England today. The Duke of Cambridge looked dapper in a navy blue suit while touring the HMS Alliance, a recently restored World War II submarine.

During the visit, Will toured the inside of the submarine and participated in a rededication ceremony. To top off the tour, Will enjoyed a drink of Pusser's Navy Rum outside the ship! Will drank his shot alongside Chairman of the Royal Navy Submarine Museum Vice Admiral Sir Tim McClement.

After the shot, Will joked to fans in attendance, "Where's everyone else's rum?"

Will has another royal engagement on his schedule set for tomorrow night. Will will host a star-studded charity dinner at Windsor Castle to raise money for the Royal Marsden cancer charity. Celebs scheduled to attend include Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Benedict Cumberbatch, Helena Bonham Carter, Cate Blanchett and fashion designer Ralph Lauren.
