New Pick-Ups:

ABC:

American Crime: Starring Felicity Huffman and produced and directed by John Ridley (12 Years a Slave), this serialized drama focuses on the racially charged case following the murder of a war vet and the attempted murder of his wife.

How to Get Away with Murder: Viola Davis plays a brilliant and mysterious law professor who becomes entangled in a life-changing murder plot, from the brain of TV queen Shonda Rhimes.

Marvel's Agent Carter: Hayley Atwell reprises her role from the Captain America movies as Agent Peggy Carter, who finds herself a little less needed when the men return from the war in 1946. Luckily, she's still doing secret missions for one Mr. Howard Stark, which helps keep her mind off of the loss of her boyfriend, Captain America.

The Whispers: Starring Lily Rabe (American Horror Story), Barry Sloane (Revenge), and Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes), this drama explores what happens when aliens invade earth using children. Spoiler alert: What happens is probably not good.

Forever: Ioan Gruffud plays an immortal doctor. We're already kind of into it.

Secrets and Lies: Ryan Phillippe's coming to TV, you guys, and he's playing a guy who gets accused of murder after he finds the body of his neighbor's young son, and he has to prove his innocence.

Black-ish: Anthony Anderson stars as a husband and father determined to establish a sense of cultural identity in his household, with help from his father played by Laurence Fishburne.

Galavant: It's a musical fairytale about a prince on a quest for revenge against the king who stole his one true love, and the king is played by Psych's Timothy Omundson. What more do you need?

Manhattan Love Story: Analeigh Tipton (Crazy Stupid Love, America's Next Top Model) stars in a romantic comedy that exposes the differences between men and women through the unfiltered thoughts and actions of a newly-dating couple.

Selfie: Doctor Who fans rejoice! Karen Gillan will soon be back on our TVs as a social media-obsessed woman who tries to learn how to connect with people in the real world, with help from a marketing guru played by John Cho. It's a show about selfies and Twitter starring Amy Pond, aka we need it now.

CBS:

CSI: Cyber: Patricia Arquette will star in this CSI spinoff, which will focus on how technology has changed the world of crime.

NCIS: New Orleans: Scott Bakula stars in this NCIS spinoff as Special Agent Dwayne Pride, who, along with his team, will handle cases from Pensacola through Mississippi and Louisiana to the Texas panhandle.

Stalker: It's another Kevin Williamson drama, so you know it's gonna be good. It stars Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q as two detectives handling stalking incidents for the LAPD.

Madam Secretary: Tea Leoni stars in yet another political drama, which follows the personal and professional life of Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord.

Scorpion: A drama that follows an eccentric genius (Robert Patrick) and his international network of super-geniuses, who form the last line of defense against the complex threats of the modern age. It also stars Katharine McPhee, so maybe there will be singing?

Battle Creek: Josh Duhamel and Dean Winters star as two detectives with different world views who attempt to clean up the streets of Battle Creek, Michigan. The script was written by Breaking Bad's Vince Gilligan, so we're fairly intrigued.

The Odd Couple: Matthew Perry back on TV? Yes. So much yes. He even co-wrote the first script for this remake. Perry will play messy, up-to-no-good roommate Oscar Madison, while Thomas Lennon will play his neat freak counterpart, Felix Unger.

McCarthy's: Laurie Metcalf's also back on TV, as the mom in a big, sports-crazed Irish Catholic family in Boston, while Tyler Ritter (Jason Ritter's little brother), plays her gay son.

The CW:

The Flash: The Arrow spin-off is a reality! Grant Gustin stars in this origin story of the classic DC Comics hero, along with Danielle Panabaker and Carlos Valdes.

The Messengers: A group of strangers die and then wake up to discover that they've been deemed responsible for preventing the impending apocalypse.

iZombie: Based on the DC Comics property and produced by Rob Thomas, this drama will center on a med student-turned-zombie who takes on the memories of dead people when she eats their brains.

Jane the Virgin: Based on the Venezuelan telenovela, Gina Rodriguez stars as a religious Latina woman who is accidentally artificially inseminated.

NBC:

Mysteries of Laura: Debra Messing stars as a quirky homicide detective who juggles high-stakes crime as well as her ex-husband and a devilish set of twin boys, from executive producers Aaron Kaplan and Greg Berlanti.

State of Affairs: Katherine Heigl plays a CIA officer who becomes the President's daily briefer and assumes responsibility for dealing with America's most crucial threats.

Constantine: Based on the DC comic, Matt Ryan (Criminal Minds) stars as a man who battles the demons that threaten our world and sends them back where they belong.

Allegiance: Gavin Stenhouse stars as an idealistic CIA analyst who discovers that his parents are deactivated Soviet spies, whose new mission is to recruit him as well.

Odyssey: Anna Friel (Pushing Daisies) stars as a soldier who has an unexpected collision with a corporate attorney (Peter Facinelli) and a political activist (Jake Robinson) in the aftermath of the murder of a key al-Qaida operative.

A to Z: The Mother may have not survived the HIMYM finale (ugh), but Cristin Milioti isn'g going anywhere. She's part of the ensemble cast of this whimsical romantic comedy set in the world of online dating.

Marry Me: Casey Wilson and Happy Endings creator David Caspe together (in real life and on TV) once again for a single-cam comedy about a newly engaged couple (Wilson and Ken Marino) who realize that marriage is way harder than it looks.

Bad Judge: Kate Walsh, of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, stars as a respected criminal judge by day and wild child party girl by night, who is forced to settle down a bit when a young boy needs her help.

Mission Control: Krysten Ritter stars as a brilliant aerospace engineer leading a team of NASA scientists in the 1960's, meaning that as a woman, she has to navigate the male dominated world of outer space.

One Big Happy: In this Ellen Degeneres-produced comedy, Elisha Cuthbert and Nick Zano star as Lizzy and Luke, two best friends – one a lesbian, one a straight man – who decide to have a baby together. Just when Lizzy finds out she's pregnant, Luke meets the love of his life.
