Taylor Swift Looks Like a Princess After Her Met Gala Ball Gown Survives a Cat Attack

Breaking! Taylor Swift looks like a pretty princess. Oh, you knew that would happen?

The 24-year-old stunner rocked the red carpet at the 2014 Met Gala in a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta blush satin faced organza gown with matte gold sequins, pearl beads, silver-lined seed beads, rose gold metallic threadwork leaves and organza petal embroidery.

She completed the look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels, Christian Louboutin heels and her signature red lip.

But her dress went through a vicious battle before making it's debut appearance at the event—well, maybe not vicious.

"That moment when your cat casually walks up,then abruptly ATTACKS your custom satin Oscar de la Renta gown during your fitting for Met Ball," Swift tweeted earlier today.

She followed with a super-cute picture of her and bestie Karlie Kloss getting their glam on before heading out. "Hair/make up/Motown dance party," she wrote.

Meanwhile, Taylor's bestie glowed on the red carpet in a black and gold gown with black leather gloves.
