Miley Cyrus is back in action, y'all!

The 21-year-old singer was heartbroken when an allergic reaction to antibiotics sent her to the hopsital, forcing her to cancel five U.S. concerts and postpone the European leg of her Bangerz tour. But this Tuesday, the "Adore You" singer will be back in action at London's O2 Arena.

Miley couldn't be more excited to twerk her little heart out onstage again, so she got a head start Sunday, Instagramming a video of her and a girlfriend's booty-poppin', couch-jumpin' dancefest. The ladies were celebrating—head-banging (in slow motion—nice touch!)—to the tune of Lil Jon's "Turn Down for What."

Slightly concerning? The visibly lit candle on the coffee table. Just be careful, M.C., you don't want to become the non-hoax version of Jimmy Kimmel's "worst twerk fail ever" viral video!

Miley captioned her comeback clip simply, "#turndownforwhatLONDON... #imbackmaf--ka #f--kyeahlondon." Naturally, she included a slew of excited emojis along with the U.K. flag.

After the London show, Miley's Bangerz tour is heading to a host of other U.K. cities throughout the month of May and will continues to traverse Europe through her June 24 Paris show. She'll have a moment to breathe after that, though, and then her North American tour resumes Aug. 1 at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.

Fingers crossed the remainder of the Bangerz tour goes off without a hitch!
