The Voice is really picking up speed!

Unlike the rest of this season, the NBC hit's Tuesday night live eliminations are quickly eliminating the weak from the winners. Now after tonight's double elimination, the top eight are looking great, and we're one step closer to finding the newest singing sensation.

Team Usher kicked off the night with a toe-taping rendition of "Always on the Run" by Lenny Kravitz, with a rocking performance of "The One Thing" from Team Shakira shortly after.

Despite the night's positive vibe, it was soon time to break the news of who had been bumped down into this week's bottom three contestants. After multiple dramatic pauses, host Carson Daly revealed that Bria Kelly, Tess Boyer and Kat Perkins received the lowest amount of America's votes.

Have no fear, the Instant Save is here! Tonight's "Save Me" songs were all electric in their own right. Bria's "Crazy on You" performance was so dynamic, Usher gushed, "I've always felt great about Bria. You are not defined by what someone says about you."

Next, Tess took the stage and gave a powerful rendition of Pink's "Who Knew." The judges complemented Tess' performance and were baffled that the songstress was forced to sing for a save for the second week in a row. "I'm devastated to see you up there again. You are a fighter. You just proved that to us," Shakira beamed.

As for Kat? She made all four judges proud with her song choice: "Paris (Ooh La La)" by Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. So who did America choose to keep in the competition with their Instant Save?

Say congratulations to Kat Perkins! Unfortunatley this means that Bria Kelly and Tess Boyer were eliminated from The Voice.

Are you happy that Kat is still in the competition? Who do you think has what it takes to be the next winner of The Voice? Sing your thoughts in the comments below!
