North West's mama wore a crisp, sexy black blazer over her revealing top, which she paired with distressed black jeans and heels. The chic ensemble showcased Kim's fantastic figure—something she putd a lot of effort into!
To lose the baby weight gained during her pregnancy, Kim hit the gym and changed her diet. "When I really need to kick it up, then I'll do low carbs, like Atkins diet," she told E! News last month. "And then I think it's just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it's really hard. Your body totally changes. And I think you have to work out."
Well, it's all working out for Kim, because this bride-to-be has never looked better—Bible!
