Lisette M. Azar/CBSBob Barker is returning to TV!
The 90-year-old former Price Is Right host has nabbed himself a guest-starring role on the CBS daytime soap The Bold and the Beautiful. Barker will make his TBATB cameo on the show's Apr. 30 episode.
Barker will play himself and have a three-day-long story arc that focuses on animal rescue and the control of pet population. (Barker is of course known for signing off each episode of The Price Is Right with, "Help control the pet population. Have your pet spayed or neutered.")
In one of his first scenes, Barker will be interviewed by the character Liam Spencer (played by actor Scott Clifton). "Animals can't speak for themselves, they depend on us to protect them," Barker says.
TBATB gave a special shout-out to Barker on Twitter earlier today, announcing, "Legendary host of @PriceIsRight, Bob Barker, returns to @CBSDaytime with a guest-starring role on #BoldandBeautiful!"
This isn't Barker's first appearance on The Bold and the Beautiful. He guest-starred on the series back in 2002.
