Who's No. 1 now?!

Tennis star Novak Djokovic announced today via Twitter that he and fiancée Jelena Ristic are expecting their first child together.

"Jelena is pregnant!!!We will be parents soon! #blessed Postacemo roditelji uskoro!!! #najsrecniji@JelenaRisticNDF," the Serbian star excitedly tweeted.

The romantic  six-time Grand Slam champion also posted a sweet pic of the couple gazing at each other on a hilltop, the city (perhaps Belgrade?) spread out below them.

Djokovic and Ristic have been together since 2005 and got engaged last September, the athlete popping the question after his loss to Rafael Nadal in the 2013 U.S. Open.

"We love each other very much," Djokovic told Tennis Earth before he had proposed. "We have been together for eight years and we hope to spend our future together. We give each other support, which helps us in our own professional careers."

Ristic, who has modeled swimwear and has a business degree, serves as CEO of the Novak Djokovic Foundation.

The current world No. 2 suffered a wrist injury and lost to Roger Federer last week at the Monte Carlo Masters, one of a series of clay-court events leading up to the French Open, but is planning to play in Madrid Masters starting May 4.

"Doctors assured me that I will be ready for Madrid, then Rome and Roland Garros, just as it has been planned," he told Reuters. "However, I need to continue with the recovery process and full medical treatments. It means I will have to take a short break in order to recover as soon as possible."
