First comes love, then comes break up, then comes baby in a baby carriage?!

Though they welcomed their first child, Kensington Calhoun, just last month, Southern Charm stars Kathryn Dennis, 22, and Thomas Ravenel, 50, were this close to calling it quits and we've got an exclusive sneak peek at their emotional (and tear-filled) conversation about their future (or lack thereof!) from the finale of the new reality hit, airing tonight at 10 p.m. on Bravo.

In our exclusive video above, Thomas, the former State Treasurer of South Carolina, cites their 29-year age difference as the reason why he wants to end their relationship, saying, "I just think no matter how much you love somebody or how much chemistry there is, it's not enough."

But as you can see in the clip, Kathryn isn't giving up their love without a fight and you can clearly see how much pain both she and Thomas are in. Who would've thought they'd be introducing the world to their new Southern belle, Kensington, just nine months later?!

Kathryn recently tweeted a photo of her daughter, writing, "Kensington--my perfect angel. Of all the names I've been called, I like Mom best."

And in an interview with Bravo's The Dish blog, Kathryn reveals she and Thomas are in no rush to get married. "Anything is possible, but right now there are no set plans," she said. "We work as a team and we want to make sure that Kensington has everything she needs. She comes first. We come second."

Southern Charm's season finale airs tonight at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
