While posing with The Strokes' Julian Casablancas and Haim's Danielle Haim over the weekend, it appeared that the pop star had injured herself during the day's exciting activities. In the pic, she seems to be favoring her wrapped left ankle as she stands between her two friends.

However, the issue is only fashion related. E! News has learned that the bandage was simply the result of a problem with her strappy black and gold gladiator sandals.

Despite her shoe woes, the "Tik Tok" singer appeared happy and healthy while she enjoyed the performances at the music festival, wearing a cute white and pink floral romper to beat the desert heat and letting her multi-colored locks fall in messy waves.

In fact, the star has been in positive spirits since leaving rehab last month after seeking treatment for an eating disorder.

"Happy to be back!" she tweeted at the time. "Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music. I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me. Life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all."

The 27-year-old crooner has made a fresh start for herself, dropping the dollar sign from her name and changing her Twitter handle. She even made the tough decision to cancel her spring tour dates to focus on her recovery.

"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates, but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track," she said. "All of your support has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."
