The plot thickens!

Lifetime promised that the upcoming docuseries True Tori was going to get up close and personal with Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott as they worked on repairing their marriage following his recent time in rehab—and it looks like we can believe the hype.

"That's my worst nightmare, I cheated on my wife," Dean says frankly during what appears to be an emotional couples counseling session. "I was out of control...Sex was an escape, just like drugs and alcohol."

To which Tori tearfully adds, "I could never give him enough sex. He's never going to be happy with just me."

And that's not all—watch the whole clip to hear the other heartbreaking things the spouses have to say to each other.

Stories about Dean's then-alleged cheating started plaguing the couple last year, but Tori continued to power through, posting family photos on her blog and sending a joint "Happy New Year" message from both her and her hubby of more than seven years. They have four children together, Liam, 7; Stella, 5; Hattie, 2 1/2; and Finn, 19 months.

Dean checked into out-patient treatment in January, saying in a statement: "I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."

But only now have the words "I cheated on my wife" been said for all to hear.

True Tori premieres April 22 at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
