While visiting Hello Ross with husband Bill Rancic, E! host Giuliana Rancic was caught off guard by a very special surprise that Ross Mathews arranged for her.
After extensive searching and snooping, Ross was able to locate several of Giuliana's old modeling pictures from back in the day—you'd barely recognize her!
Giuliana could barely keep a straight face as her throwback pics were shared on the big screen for everyone to see.
