Vanessa Hudgens is the latest star looking to get fit with the help of ropes and hoops, the 25-year-old Spring Breakers star sharing a video from her latest workout Tuesday on Instagram.
"You spin me right round baby right round," she captioned the clip, which features her executing some rather difficult-looking spins while strategically wrapped up in the big ribbon-reminiscent silk rope that professionals call a hammock.

Hudgens is also a major yoga fan and is spotted often heading to and from class toting her mat and other essentials.
And today wasn't her first trip to the aerial gym, the petite brunette having also posted a shot from April 1 with the caption, "Tadaaa."
We'll just figure that Hudgens is already in prime shape to handle the heat at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, which kicks off Friday in Indio, Calif.
The actress is a regular at the now two-weekend fest, often making headlines for her boho-chic fashion.
