When it comes to fashion and beauty, Nicole Richie is one stylish celeb who trumps all others.

The pint-sized fashion designer stopped by the Lucky Fashion and Beauty Blog conference in Los Angeles to meet and greet her fashionista fans and share what's currently on her radar.

First things first, the magazine's editor-in-chief Eva Chen asked for the inspiration behind the star's lovely lavender locks.

"I colored my hair for my daughter. It's a lot of upkeep actually, but I'm very popular at her school. Everyone talks to me when I pick her up because they think I'm a character in Frozen. It's great!" the star, who stunned in a Givenchy floral blazer, J Brand leather leggings, Manolo Blahnik heels and Jennifer Meyer earrings, laughed.

And speaking of beauty experimentation, Richie candidly spoke of her biggest mishap in the bathroom years ago when battling her overgrown eyebrows at 11.

"I took a razor without a mirror…and just shaved my unibrow right down the middle! I told my mom, ‘They just fell off in the shower!'" Richie recalled of her epic blunder.

Luckily, it's only been up from there, as the Candidly Nicole star has been truly on top of her game with the success of her House of Harlow line, adorable family and long-lasting friendships over the years.

"My mom was my style inspiration growing up. In my mind, she was a princess…she was doing her thing in the ‘80s with her Alaia skirts and Chanel bags. The majority of my vintage is from her…I just stole it all. We're all going to look back and laugh at how we dressed today. Fashion evolves and it changes, you just have to have a sense of humor about it," Nicole quipped.

And it was that love of vintage that led her to launch her own line of costume jewelry.

"I was always trying to find something that would inspire me, and it ultimately led me to designing my own line. I love collecting vintage Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci…you don't see that kind of craftsmanship anymore. Back then, you had the freedom to layer it all."

So what else does Nicole do when she's not busy inspiring us all to play with hair color and dress to the nines?

She gardens!

Turns out, Harlow and Sparrow's sweet mom has quite the green thumb.

"I love gardening…it's my happy place." Richie, who grows her own impressive lot of apples, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, kale, lemons, oranges, blueberries, spinach, mint, sage, oregano and much more, shared, joking that one day, she'd like to open an organic restaurant that serves fresh vegetables and plays ‘90s  hip hop music.

"I would call it Nicky Fresh and it would be dope!" she laughed.

We can't argue with that.
