The "How Could I Want More" singer, who turned 23 on Friday, was all smiles as she celebrated her special day backstage at the upcoming 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
Spears, who is serving as the official social media correspondent for the ACMs, was clearly surprised as she was presented an ornate cake.
Britney Spears' beaming little sister was also treated to a unique birthday serenade, courtesy of fellow country musician and ACM nominee Lee Brice.
"Serenaded by @leebrice!!!! Not a bad way to start my birthday!!!! #ACMs," Spears added along with the sweet moment.
The blond beauty also shared a grinning snapshot with her hubby Jamie Watson on Instagram.
As for the ACMs, the awards show will air from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday on CBS.
Tim McGraw and Miranda Lambert lead the way with seven nods each. Close behind is Keith Urban, who nabbed six nominations, as well as Brice, Kacey Musgraves, Blake Shelton and Taylor Swift, with six apiece.
