The British beauty, who recently gushed that it's "rather nice" in Tinseltown, sported a black jacket, gray T-shirt and tattered skinny jeans during the sunny outing with her furry friend, a Chow-retreiver mix Cooper adopted.
This sighting of Waterhouse comes on the heels of a source revealing exclusively to E! News that the longtime lovebirds are still dating one another, despite rumors that they had broken up.
"Bradley and Suki are very much a couple," the source said on Monday in response to speculation that the two have split.
The handsome pair was last spotted together at the Academy Awards on March 2, where Cooper was nominated for his role in David O. Russell's star-studded crime drama.
"I had such a great time," she told E! News as she made her way into the Governors Ball after-party in the Ray Dolby Ballroom. "I loved it. It was a lot of fun."
