The erstwhile Nickelodeon star and actress is celebrating her 28th birthday on Thursday, and what a year it has been for the fashion student.
For starters, the former starlet got into several Twitter feuds with some A-listers, completed a nearly six-month stint in rehab in December and finished her first quarter at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County.
Bynes broke her months-long silence on Twitter earlier this month and gave her followers a sweet quick update.
"Hi everyone! I'm busy studying at @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans! Xoxo Amanda," she wrote. She also deleted all of her previous tweets.
The latest photographs Bynes has shared show her looking healthy and happy at FIDM's Debut Runway Show, an event that's done each year for the aspiring student designers to formally debut their clothes in front of an audience.
"She's a great student who always participated and really cared about her classes," a source exclusively told E! News. "She really fit in and loves her school."
The Bynes' family attorney Tamar Arminak revealed to E! News exclusively that Bynes is "a natural" at fashion school and is "really enjoying the learning process."
