After the successful birth of son Duke Rancic, Giuliana Rancic is eager to have another baby—and she wants it to happen quickly!
While husband Bill Rancic is onboard for the idea of adding another member to the family nest, he also reminds Giuliana that they have to approach this endeavor with caution and care.
"Giuliana's pretty pumped about the prospect of having another baby but I always have to remind her that she's got to pump the brakes," Bill says. "This is a long process—nothing is certain at this point."
