Oliver Hudson's wedding was your usual family affair, give or take a few movie stars.
Little sis Kate and her hubby, Chris Robinson, mom Goldie Hawn, father figure Kurt Russell and 90 others gathered Friday in Mexico for Hudson and actress Erinn Bartlett's beachside nuptials, People magazine reported Monday.
The pair have been together for about six years. To seal the deal, Hudson popped the question Feb. 19, 2004, with a three-carat Neil Lane-designed diamond engagement ring.
According to People, the ring was a tad too big when Barlett first tried it on but, not wanting to take it off, she secured it with tape until it could be resized.
Kate Hudson and Robinson's two-year-old son Ryder served as ringbearer for the happy couple. Also among the guests were Russell and Hawn's son Wyatt, 19, and Russell's son Boston, 26, from a previous marriage.
Bartlett, 33, who recently appeared in Rumor Has It? and was named one of FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in 2001, wore a Les Habitudes-designed gown. The 29-year-old groom donned a Ralph Lauren suit for the ceremony, which was conducted by a Buddhist friend of the family.
To help welcome Bartlett into the fold, Kate Hudson threw the bride-to-be a weekend-long bachelorette party in Vegas a few weeks ago, People reported. The Skeleton Key star also supplied goody bags stuffed with $400 worth of Benefit cosmetics for her fellow partygoers.
Hopefully Bartlett had a rockin' good time with the girls because, once she gets home from her honeymoon, the first order of business might be more along the lines of a family outing.
"I want babies," Hudson told People after the couple announced their engagement. "I think I'll be a great dad."
