A happily ever after ending is not looking too good right now.

Grey's Anatomy is not taking it easy on fans of Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Owen's (Kevin McKidd) relationship in Sandra Oh's final episodes on the series, and unfortunately, things are looking worse than ever for the beloved couple in our exclusive sneak peek at Thursday's all-new episode, "Do You Know?"

Yes, it seems like that moment of bliss in last week's episode of the ABC hit drama, with Owen saying Cristina is "the person" for him, is definitely short-lived judging by the explosive fight the duo gets into in the exclusive video below. But could it really be the couple's final argument?!

In the episode, Cristina imagines the two very different directions her life can take based on one major decision. Anyone else already getting nervous for Thursday?!

Before Oh's sure-to-be emotional exit at the end of the season, a familiar face is set to return to the show as Isaiah Washington will reprise the role of Dr. Preston Burke, Cristina's former fiance, who was last seen in the season three finale.

"It's important to me that Cristina's journey unfolds exactly as it should," Shonda Rhimes said of Washington's return. "Burke is vital to that journey—he gives her story that full-circle moment we need to properly say goodbye to our beloved Cristina Yang." Of his return, Washington tweeted, "I'm so grateful to finish what I started on @GreysABC."

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursday at 9 p.m. on ABC.
