Johnny Weir and Victor Voronov's divorce drama is only getting worse.

In documents submitted to the court by Voronov in response to the Olympic skater's divorce filing last month, Voronov calls many of his ex's claims "baseless" and "blatant misrepresentations of what occurred during our marriage."

"[Weir] is attempting to rewrite history to paint me in a bad light and to deflect attention away from his own wrongdoing," Voronov claims in the response. "He has done the same thing in the media, embarking on a publicity frenzy to demonize me with the intent to further increase his already profitable celebrity status and goodwill."

After filing for divorce and slamming him in the media, Voronov claims Weir removed numerous luxury items from their home in hopes of selling them for money. The many goods include "Crocodile Celine Bag, 40 Balencia Bags, 20 Furs (including a $125,000 Sable), Cartier Calibre Rose Gold Watch, Green Hermes Shoulder Birkin, Orange Hermes 35cm Birkin, and 12 Chanel Bags and numerous other items."

In addition to the expensive fashion items, Weir also took their dog Tëma, who Voronov states was a "make-up gift" from Weir after Voronov "caught him sexting another man."

Voronov is requesting custody of Tëma, claiming, "Plaintiff is fully aware that I was Tëma's exclusive caretaker, including remaining home alone to care for Tëma after his surgeries {and other medical issues) and during plaintiff's extensive and frequent trips. By way of example, in 2014 alone, plaintiff has not spent more than four consecutive days at home; how he could suggest that he primarily cared for Tëma is beyond the pale."

Voronov also claims Weir cut him off financially. He is requesting payment of necessary expenses to "keep the lights on and a roof over my head as well as other more urgent matters." Voronov, an unemployed lawyer, also blasts Weir, saying the divorce drama has damaged his job prospects.

Last week, Weir gave a dramatic divorce interview in which he claimed Voronov was not a supportive husband. He also made domestic abuse claims and said, "I've been having a tough time at home for a long time now, and it's something that I've kept from the public...I was losing myself by being married to my husband. I was losing my objectives in life. I was very isolated from the world."
