Blake Lively just can't help it.

The former Gossip Girls star has been pulling all-nighters this week on the Vancouver set of her latest film, The Age of Adaline, but Lively persists in looking amazing no matter how much of the midnight oil she burns, an eyewitness source exclusively tells E! News.

We're told that Lively, who's playing a woman born at the turn of the 20th century who's blessed/doomed to remain forever young following an accident, had a 5 p.m. call time last night and did not finish shooting until after 4:30 a.m.

While filming a glamorous scene with costar Michael Huisman at around 3 a.m., during which they were leaving what was supposed to be a swanky 1940s-era European hotel, "Blake looked absolutely radiant," the source said.

Huisman and Lively appeared to be having a good time, the eyewitness added.

Perhaps Lively is catching up on her beauty sleep during the day!

So, how has Ryan Reynolds, who's been in town this week to visit his lovely wife of a year and a half, been spending his nights while his spouse is at work?

Well, last night the Safe House star treated himself to a movie at the nearby Tinseltown Cinemas, according to our source, who also says that Lively will be busy with night shoots for the rest of the week. She'll be filming on location Friday at Papa's Fur, the oldest fur retailer in British Columbia.

But apparently Lively isn't sleeping through all of her hubby's visit. The couple were spotted earlier today shopping at Urban Fare, a gourmet grocery store in the area.
