The sixth season of Giuliana & Bill ended with quite the cliffhanger. And fans won't have to wait long to find out whether or not Giuliana Rancic and Bill Rancic's surrogate will carry baby No. 2.

The superstar couple appeared on Today on Wednesday morning to chat with Savannah Guthrie and Matt Lauer about their upcoming seventh season of their hit reality series, which premieres on April 1 on E!

"The very first scene of the new season is her responding to us and letting us know whether or not she'll carry baby No. 2," the E! News host explained. "You know, we would love to tell you guys, but you'll find out the very first episode," Giuliana teased.

"Obviously having Duke changed our lives. It was the one thing that we've done that has affected every decision we've made from that point on, so, you know I'm not in a hurry for baby No. 2," Bill said.

"You're not?!" Giuliana interrupted. "That's news to me, Rancic!"

Giuliana acknowledged that the pair struggled to have Duke and they both realize what a "blessing he is."

"I would have five if I could," she admitted. "I don't know if that's in the cards for me."

"It's a lot of tuition!" Bill quipped.

The Rancics also opened about whether or not they will continue to have the cameras follow around their family as Duke grows up, or if any other siblings come along.

"I don't know if we'll continue to do it," Giuliana explained.

"Probably not," Bill added. "Duke's not going to be raised a Hollywood kid. That's just not in the cards."

Catch the season premiere of Giuliana & Bill on E! Tuesday, April 1 at 8 p.m.
