Clare Crawley and Juan Pablo Galavis' final Bachelor showdown was cringeworthy—to say the least.

Still, Clare has "zero regrets" about her reality-TV romance, explaining on Monday's Good Morning America, "I went into this feeling I'm going to be 100 percent open and I'm going to be 100 percent myself and I'm going to think about what I do and, because I thought and then acted, I'm proud of that."

You go, girl. Even though Clare was "falling in love" with Juan Pablo, she had "that doubt in my mind" following their conversation in the helicopter on their final date. (Apparently, Clare told her leading man at the time, "just tell me you love me," and he responded with, "I loved f--king you.")

"But going into the final rose ceremony, I felt like I've been here the whole time and said that I would follow through to the end, and I just figured I'm going to be there and no matter what happens, I'm going to say how I feel," she said.

As for the Bachelor's, um, not-so-great rep following his stint on the show? Well, that's the "real" Juan Pablo, according to Clare.

"As short of a time period as we get to see on TV, I think your true personality kind of comes through in the end," she said.  "I think mine did and I think his did as well."

Cringe de la cringe. This isn't a sad story, though! Clare called Juan Pablo's rejection a "blessing in disguise," telling GMA she feels "amazing" post-finale. She even alluded to a possible new love interest, saying, "I'm very happy. The good thing is it's not on TV right now."
