Taylor Swift isn't afraid to poke fun at herself and her "For Your Consideration" video for the Academy of Country Music Awards, also known as the ACMs, does just that. And she gets a little help from an adorable co-star: her cat Meredith.

The clip begins as her boss Scott realizes the duo have yet to make the important teaser to generate votes for the upcoming awards show. The 24-year-old country superstar then receives the important phone call addressing this very issue. Oh, and her ringtone for him is priceless.

"I'm actually in the middle of something right now, that's actually pretty pressing," the "Red" singer says without a care in the world as she sits on her couch. "But, can you hold on one second? Do you have a minute?"

Those important tasks at hand include painting her nails as well as catching up with a pal and doling out some guy advice.

"That's a little fast and I'm saying that," she brilliantly quips about another couple's relationship.

The blond beauty then gushes to her precious pet that she is the "prettiest kitty in the world."

"Who's a pretty kitty" Swift coos at Meredith. "You are! You are!"

The nearly three-minute spot ends as Scott checks off the box to complete the ACM video and the following message: "Thank you for helping me with my to-do list (and everything else)."

T. Swift is up for mutiple ACMs, including Entertainer of the Year, and the show will air from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 6 on CBS.

Besides Taylor being, well Taylor, the Grammy winner celebrated her brother Austin's 22nd birthday with some cheer.

"Confetti-bombed my brother for his birthday and he was like," Swift captioned an amusing Instagram pic of the sweet siblings, posing after the fun attack.
