What do Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson have up their sleeves?!

The One Direction cuties recently met up with Good Charlotte's Joel and Benji Madden to work on some new tracks for the boy band's upcoming album. Tomlinson tweeted on Friday, "Great working with the Good Charlotte boys today !!"

But the guys wouldn't elaborate on what we can expect, just know that it's nice—or "noice" as the Madden brothers put it.

"Good day today w/ @Louis_Tomlinson and @Real_Liam_Payne lotta laughs #1D #Directioners their new album is crazy. homies!! #Noice," Benji wrote on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Joel shared a link to their Tumblr page that had a photo of him and his brother with Liam. He wrote, "Noice! The London boyz putting in tha werk in the studio #1D."

This isn't the first time 1D fans have heard of the guys collaborating with other bands for their new project. Harry Styles recently joined up with Dublin-based Irish rock band Kodaline to work on some "tunes" as well.

"In the studio with @Harry_Styles in LA writing a tune, sounds massive. He's gone and done a drawing of us.. x," the band wrote with a photo of five stick figures (LOL!).

1D was very successful at the 2014 Brit Awards last month, winning the Global Success award for the second consecutive year and taking home the British Video prize for "Best Song Ever," which was decided upon via social media.

Styles was M.I.A. when the group accepted their first award. "Has anyone seen the curly-headed one?" Payne asked the audience. Midway through his acceptance speech, Styles ran on stage. "I'm really sorry. I was having a wee," he said. "The toilets are ages away. Um, what did we win?"

Oh, Harry.
