LATEST BATTLE: In the latest round in his divorce battle with Heather Locklear, Richie Sambora asking that a prenup the couple signed the night the night before they wed be enforced and that the couple share custody of their daughter, Ava.

HEY BABY: Chris O'Donnell and wife Caroline Fentress welcoming their fourth child together, a baby boy, per Us Weekly. O'Donnell will start an eight-episode guest stint on Grey's Anatomy April 2.

NOT IDOLIZED: American Idol fans taking to message boards to accuse contestant Chris Daughtry of copying his version of "I Walk the Line" from the band Live. "This guy is a rip off. Judges are plain dumb," one fan wrote.

ASPEN VICE: A lending company asking a court for permission to sell Don Johnson's 17-acre ranch in Colorado, claiming the actor hasn't made good on a $10.6 million note, per the Aspen Daily News.

SEX AND THE HOUSEWIFE: Kyle MacLachlan joining the cast of Desperate Housewives for several episodes as a love interest for Susan (Teri Hatcher), TV Guide reports.

GOT GAME: Buena Vista Games launching a new video game based on Desperate Housewives, which will be narrated by Brenda Strong as Mary Alice Young.

HELIUM HIGH: VH1 Classic broadcasting a solid hour of the English and German music videos for "99 Luftballons," the 1984 hit by Nena, on Sunday as part of the network's Pay to Play for Hurricane Katrina Relief drive, which allowed viewers to select an hour of videos for a $35,000 donation.

BROKEBACK BREAKDOWN: Randy Quaid suing the producers of Brokeback Mountain for allegedly misrepresenting the film as a low-budget art-house film and paying him accordingly. Quaid seeking $10 million in punitive damages.

The character met his demise in the episode after he fell off a bridge onto rocks, was burned, impaled and mauled by a mountain lion and a grizzly bear.
