The celebs were noticeably absent from each other's social media networks for a while, however, fans didn't really think anything of it—until Tran set the record straight on Twitter.
"Not dating anyone stop w the bs,' the model wrote on Wednesday, which subsequently posted on Instagram as well, with the caption, "Please and thank you."
The following day, Karrueche posted a photo of the quote, "Be kind. Everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle," with an "assignment" to try and recognize the "hard battle" being fought by those you meet that day.
Meanwhile, Breezy hasn't made any reference to his relationship status on any social media websites, but did hint that he was working on new music by posting a photo of himself in the studio.
Although the breakup may not come as too much of a surprise, considering Brown and Tran have been up and down for years, it does come at an interesting time.
Brown's famous ex Rihanna was spotted in Paris recently while hanging out with Drake, and even got up on stage during his concert. Soon afterward, reports then surfaced claiming the sexy "Monster" singer is tip-toeing back into familiar territory.
According to Page Six, RiRi and Brown had reportedly been texting since her birthday on Feb. 20. Neither of the stars have directly commented on the report, but Brown tweeted, "Focused on my Recovery and Music... Nothing more, nothing less."
