Robin Thicke is naked—on his ring finger, that is.

Despite continuously professing his undying love for estranged wife Paula Patton, the "Blurred Lines" singer did what many may not have seen coming (at least not yet) and decided to take his wedding ring off.

Thicke, who celebrates his birthday on Monday, was spotted interacting with fans in the streets of New York City earlier today, before hitting the stage for another one of his concerts in Madison Square Garden tonight.

The singer and his high school sweetheart separated after nearly nine years of marriage, but Thicke said he will continue to try to win Patton back.

From flying to Vancouver in an attempt make things work and proclaiming that he's "trying to get my girl back," the Hollywood stud has openly expressed his desire to mend their broken marriage, with his last act happening during his concert at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on Sunday.

A fan yelled out to Thicke, "I love Paula!" Thicke responded, "I do, too."

Before singing his rendition of Al Green's "Let's Stay Together," he continued to talk about love with the audience.

"Never stop believing and you never stop loving. And even if it is over, make sure you treat each other right. Treat your family right. Take care of your mom, take care of your kids and good things will come to you. Just keep believing that God is good," he said.

"That's what gets me by. Sometimes when I get a little scared or worried about the future, I just try to stay positive and do my part to spread love and spread joy."
