Bones is returning to its old stomping grounds this coming Monday, March 10, and the show is bringing back a very special guest for the occasion: Freddie Prinze Jr.!
Yes, CIA Agent Danny Beck returns in the Fox hit's all-new episode, "The Source in the Sludge," after a CIA informant is found murdered and Booth (David Boreanaz) must work with his old friend to track down an Afghani terrorist.

"I can't say that I'm happy to see you," Danny says to Booth when they run into each other unexpectedly in the exclusive sneak peek. And guess who's crashing the old army partners' reunion? Brennan (Emily Deschanel), who decides to join them on their case. Not thrilled with the idea? Danny, of course!
Prinze's real-life wife Sarah Michelle Gellar recently stopped by the Bones set for a mini-Buffy reunion with Boreanaz. And yes, the picture of Buffy and Angel together again caused us to feel many, many feelings.
Fox recently renewed Bones for its 10th (!) season, with Fox president Kevin Reilly saying, "Over the course of nine seasons, Bones has grown from a hit crime procedural into a beloved pillar of our lineup that resonates with fans in a way that only the best of shows can."
