Angelina Jolie was an absolute vision at the Oscars red carpet Sunday night (clearly she made our best dressed list for her Elie Saab number), but all the credit for Angelina's flawless hair should go to her hairstylist Adam Campbell.

We caught up with Adam, who dished on his inspiration for Angie's hairstyle and what it's been like working with the star for seven years.

"It's exciting to work with Angie, because she always has a vision of how she wants her hair to look," says Adam. "I am often am inspired by hairstyles that are happening on the runways. Touchable, soft and sexy are some of my favorite elements to implement into her hairstyles," he explains.

As for how he created her look Sunday night, Adam broke it down for us in a clear and step-by-step process. So clear, in fact, that you can recreate this voluminous look at home!

"We went for a sleek and sensuous look," says Adam. "I started by spraying volumizer at the roots and blow drying with a large round brush to create as much lift as possible."

The next step? "Then I focused on the bottom one-two inches of hair. While spinning the round brush under each section, I held the blow dryer on it for 10 seconds to really smooth the ends," he says.

And lastly, Adam completes the look with a final spritz. "I finished with a little shine spray to give the hair a glossy shine and seal out the elements." So, voilà! There you have it.

And not surprisingly, Adam had nothing but the highest praise for his superstar client. "It is such a privilege for almost seven years to collaborate with Angelina to create her hairstyles for the red carpet, magazines and everyday life," he gushes.
