Remember the hat Pharrell wore to the 2014 Grammys? It belongs to Arby's, now!

The "Happy" singer auctioned his Vivienne Westwood "Mountain" hat on eBay, with proceeds benefitting his From One Hand To AnOTHER foundation. Bidding ended on Oscar Sunday, and Arby's, whose logo includes a hat looking remarkably similar to Pharrell's, outbid everyone else $44,100.

"Thank you to whoever bought my Grammy hat on @eBay for $44,100," Pharrell tweeted, reminding the winner their top bid was a donation ot his Virginia Beach-based nonprofit, which now supports underserved youth between the ages of 7 and 20 in at risk communities throughout the country.

Arby's was happy to support the musician's charity organization...and capitalize wisely on a good press opportunity! The fast food eatery tweeted about their winning bid, writing, ".@Pharrell You're welcome. We're HAPPY to support a great cause & get our hat back. Good luck at the #Oscars tonight!"

And Sunday night, Pharrell performed "Happy" at the Academy Awards, and yes, he wore black version of his trademark hat. He brought the A-list crowd to their feet, even dancing with Lupita Nyong'o, Meryl Streep, Amy Adams and Jamie Foxx to the Despicable Me 2 theme.

Pharrell's hat, in all its forms, seems to bring about good things.
