The 38-year-old About Last Night star was glowing as she hit the carpet for the Independent Spirit Awards Saturday, looking stunning in a yellow, floral and sheer Lorena Sarbu dress, Christian Louboutin nude pumps and Anito Ko jewels.
Makeup artist Sam Fine kept Patton's makeup simple, yet glam for the occasion, giving her a fresh face look and a soft pink lip.
This the first red carpet event for the actress, who will present at the show, since announcing her separation from her hubby of nearly nine years on Feb. 24.
"We will always love each other and be best friends; however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time," the pair said in a joint statement.
Meanwhile, the "Blurred Lines" crooner has vowed to mend their relationship, telling fans at his concert in Fairfax, Va., Thursday, "For y'all that don't know, me and my wife separated but I'm trying to get my girl back. She's a good woman."
He went on to dedicate "Lost Without U" to his estranged wife, who inspired the hit ballad.
Patton has kept mum about the split following their announcement, but has since been spotted getting back into the swing of things with various workouts and production on her latest film project, Warcraft in Vancouver.
The couple tied the knot in June 2005 and went on to welcome their first child together, Julian, in April 2010.
