Giuliana Rancic certainly knows all about using a surrogate.

After all, the E! News cohost and husband Bill Rancic's son Duke was born via a gestational carrier in 2012.

So, when a listener phoned into Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM morning radio show on Friday with some surrogacy-related questions, who better to call than the Giuliana & Bill star, right?

"She was amazing...literally I think she carried the baby maybe even better than I would have carried the baby," Giuliana said. "She was so devoted and such a good person. There are so many women out there who want to help who are such amazing women. They're like angels."

Giuliana also pointed out that "whether it's adoption or surrogacy or you have a baby naturally...at the end of the day it's your baby. It doesn't matter how you got it. You're going to give it love and care for the rest of its life and that's all that matters."

She added, "You will be surprised by the amount of support you will get from your friends and the amount of other women that will come up to you and say, 'I did the same thing.' It will make you feel so much better. You will realize that you are not alone in this. It will be the best thing you've ever done."

Meanwhile, Giuliana & Bill moves to E! with a brand new season on April 1, and it promises to be their biggest and best yet.

Viewers will see the couple face some tough decisions as they navigate the next steps in their lives. Will they have another baby? And will they make Chicago their new home?
