The 28-year-old mom-to-be was all smiles as she blew out the candles on the extravagant sweet confection, which was shaped like the torso of a belly-baring pregnant woman in a blue and white striped dress.
The "Mob Wives"-themed birthday bash went down at Big Ang's Drunken Monkey, according to MTV News, with the show's stars Drita D'Avanzo, Alicia DiMichele and Natalie Guercio in attendance as well as Jersey Shore alums Vinny Guadagnino and Deena Nicole Cortese.
"I'm obsessed with 'Mob Wives," JWoww told the site. "I actually wanted to have my party here last year and we couldn't make it happen. So this year, I was like, I don't care if I'm pregnant. I'm going, drinking lots of water and eating all the cake in the world."
And that she did.
JWoww, who's been craving sweets lately, "dived right in" to the dessert after it was sliced and served.
"I'm always dying of hunger," she continued. "And when [fiancé] Roger [Mathews] wakes up in the morning, I always make him get me some cereal. I don't care what it is, as long as it's sweet."
JWoww, who is expecting her first child with Mathews, revealed last month that they are having a baby girl.
