She accessorized with her massive diamond engagement ring and carried what appeared to be a simple black cosmetic bag as the longtime besties exited an apartment building together.
"Happy Birthday @jonahtancheban !!!!! I love you soooo much!!!!," the brunette beauty captioned a flashback shot of the famous friends on Instagram, leaving no further clues as to how the pair plans to celebrate tonight.
Her sister Khloé, also sent well-wishes to Cheban, who has appeared on a number of episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, sharing a cute photo of the two while writing, "Happy happy birthday to this wild man @jonathancheban!!! Yeezy covered up in black pants, a teal T-shirt and a gray bomber jacket, adding a pair of designer sneakers as well as a high-fashion scarf which doubled as a beanie hat.
Meanwhile, Kim wore the same ensemble she was seen sporting earlier in the day while shopping for baby clothes for little Nori, rocking a fitted pencil skirt, a cropped fur jacket, and the same sexy stiletto boots she wore again on Friday.
On Wednesday, 'Ye's other half took to Twitter to slam the latest round of butt-implant rumors, firing back at the tabloids that claim she's had a little help in the shaping department as she continues to put her bangin' post-baby bod on display nearly every day thanks to the omnipresent paps.
"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections," Kim began a lengthy Twitter post on Wednesday afternoon. "Get a life!"
"Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you," she continued. "I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me. And BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!"
