InstagramLiam Hemsworth apparently had a hunger for a little skateboarding recently.
During a brief break from shooting the Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 2 in Atlanta, he hit up the Brooke Run Skate Park last week.
While there, Hemsworth befriended young Instagram user @ninjanick30, who was lucky enough to not only have his picture taken with the 24-year-old actor, but got him to sign his skateboard as well.
"He was with two guys, not sure who they were, and he was wearing just jeans and a T-shirt," the boy told E! News exclusively. "He was there for maybe an hour."
Our source added, "He just told us to not make a big deal because he didn't want people to show up."
But he insisted Hemsworth "was nice to me and in a good mood. He gave me his autograph."
The lad also confirmed his new pal was not with Nina Dobrev, or any other female for that matter.
Earlier this month, Hemsworth was spotted getting close with the Vampire Diaries actress at an Atlanta bar. An eyewitness told E! News, "it didn't seem like a date" and "there was no PDA going on" between the two young Hollywood stars.
However, Celebuzz reported that the two exchanged a "good night kiss" in the parking lot before parting ways.
Dobrev's rep had no comment on the Feb. 7 sighting.
