When two actors, a country superstar and a late-night host get together to play charades, hilarity is sure to ensue!

Bradley Cooper, Emma Thompson, Tim McGraw and Jimmy Fallon did just that on Tuesday's episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and the foursome got pretty competitive!

Oscar nominees Bradley and Emma partnered up against Tim and Jimmy for the game. "I'm stuck with you?" Tim asked the late-night host jokingly, to which Jimmy fired back, "No, you're lucky you get to work with me? Isn't that fun?"

Jimmy endearingly used his hands to gesture "I love you" to his facetiously reluctant partner, who couldn't help but laugh.

Emma was first up, trying to get charades partner Bradley to guess she was miming and dancing to "Walk Like an Egyptian." Bradley was comically unfamiliar with the tune, though, guessing, "King Tut? Kazbah?" Ultimately, he lost that round.

Equally entertaining was Jimmy trying to signify Cool Runnings to Tim. He first tried to act out cool by shivering, which only got him a guess of "cold." The late-night host then tried to walk in a cool manner, which was adorable, but didn't get his game partner any closer to the answer. Finally, Jimmy got down to the floor and acted out being in a bobsled and puffing on something as he squirmed from side to side! Tim was completely unfamiliar with the movie, though, so he and Jimmy lost this round.

Things improved for all four teammates in the third and fourth rounds, but it all came down to a Beyoncé song for the tie-breaker! Watch these clips to see for yourself whether Emma and Bradley or Tim and Jimmy came out on top!

(E! and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
