Oh, Anna Faris, you lucky lady, you!

The blond beauty's hubby Chris Pratt has always been a charmer (especially with his adorable humor), but the Hollywood cutie hinted over the summer that he is also quite the hunk by taking a shirtless selfie that showed off his rock-hard abs (hubba, hubba!).

His major physical transformation was for his upcoming sci-fi flick Guardians of the Galaxy, where he plays the leader of the Guardians Peter Quill/Star-Lord and now we can get a first look of the stud (and his amazing physique) in the new teaser trailer.

There's not so much dialogue in the 15-second teaser as there is fighting, explosions and action, but you still find yourself fighting off a blink to make sure you don't miss anything. And good thing, too, because at the very end you're rewarded with a quick glimpse of Pratt's six-pack. Yes, let that visual sink in.

Guardians of the Galaxy—or GotG, for short—also stars Zoë Saldana as the green Gamora, Bradley Cooper voices the raccoon character Rocket, wrestler Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer and Vin Diesel plays Groot, the hyper-intelligent tree-like creature.

"An action-packed epic space adventure, Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the universe," Disney wrote in a synopsis for director James Gunn's movie.

"To evade the ever-persistent Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with a quartet of disparate misfits—Rocket, a gun-toting raccoon, Groot, a tree-like humanoid, the deadly and enigmatic Gamora and the revenge-driven Drax the Destroyer. But when Peter discovers the true power of the orb and the menace it poses to the cosmos, he must do his best to rally his ragtag rivals for a last, desperate stand—with the galaxy's fate in the balance."

Based upon the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name, Guardians of Galaxy opens Aug. 1. But first, be sure to tune into ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight to catch the entire debut trailer!
