One look at Christina Aguilera's massive engagement ring and we need to take a moment for our eyes to adjust to the glare!

Christina's boyfriend of three years, film producer Matt Rutler, proposed to her over Valentine's Day in Hawaii and she posted a photo of the stunning ring on Twitter with the caption, "He asked and I said…"

Well, yes, of course. Not only is the ring ginormous, but it's so intricate and detailed—and especially designed for Christina by Matt himself. The couple hasn't revealed specifics about the ring yet, but we checked in with Adelaide Polk-Bauman, Forevermark Diamond Expert, who gave E! News her professional opinion.

"The ring looks to be maybe be 15 carats total weight," says Polk- Bauman. "The center diamond looks to be fewer than 4 carats, and the many 'supporting' diamonds seem to be set in either white gold or platinum." As for the vintage-esque design, Polk-Bauman says "it seems to be art deco-inspired."

So now what we're all waiting for, how much does this beauty cost? Says Polk-Bauman, "Depending upon the diamond color/clarity, the number of carats and metal choice…I'd estimate around $40,000."

Essentially, there's no two ways to dice it: This is one eye-grabbing diamond.
