Her feminine designs have garnered her a following from royals and celebrities alike, including Kate Middleton, Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé and Penelope Cruz, among many others.
Temperley's designs have transformed from her early days of "girlish, highly decorated party dresses," according to Vogue, transitioning to statement-making gowns that turn heads on the red carpet.
Recognition for the fashion guru's eye for design started before she even finished school.
Prior to graduating from London's prestigious Central Saint Martins and Royal College of Art, the fashionista was approached by high-profile designers like Donna Karan to join their design teams.
She ended up working on collections for Valentino and Bulgari during her last year in school at the Royal College of Art and also produced evening dresses for Fred Segal and Giorgio in Los Angeles.
After graduating and establishing her brand, Temperley made her debut at New York Fashion Week in 2006 and soon amassed a retail count of 150 stores worldwide, including Bergdorf Goodman.
Her fashion house now produces three lines: Temperley London, ALICE by Temperley and Temperley Bridal with 10 collections a year.
The style maven's success has garnered her a ton of awards, including the 2011 Designer of the Year at the Hollywood Style Awards and Elle Magazine's 2004 Best Young Designer of the Year Award.
Queen Elizabeth II also recognized the designer's services to the fashion world by appointing Temperley a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2011.
Temperley is set to show her latest Temperley London collection Sunday at London Fashion Week.
