Bethenny Frankel has "mixed feelings" about Valentine's Day—and it's no wonder why!

In Friday's episode of her eponymous talk show, the 42-year-old TV host explains why Feb. 14 can be both romantic and heartbreaking. "It brings up a lot of different things, where you are in your life, if you're single, if you're married, if you're in a relationship…but you can make the best of it you can totally come from a place of yes," she says. "It could be about spending it with your children, buying them big teddy bears, having a girls night out. I feel like you can make Valentine's Day work for you."

While chatting with guest Yvette Nicole Brown, Frankel made a shocking confession about her sex life.

"I lost my virginity at 16 years old on Valentine's Day with my love. Yeah, breaking news!" said Frankel, who's in the process of divorcing Jason Hoppy. "That's a big deal to lose your virginity on Valentine's Day." Asked if she still talks to her former flame, the former Real Housewives of New York City star replied, "No, he was in my E! True Hollywood Story for a second. Well, they dropped the name. His name is Mike Parish. He was a football player and he was really cute. We were really in love!"

Frankel is clearly over Parish (and Hoppy, for that matter)—but there is someone special in her life. The talk show host has been seeing Michael A. Cerussi. "Bethenny and Mac are doing great," a source told E! News. "He treats her really, really well and she's very happy. They're together all the time."
